Delivery takes between 1 and 8 working days, depending on the destination country.

• To Canada: : 2-4 working days
• To United States: 2-7 working days
• To India, Australia, Japan : 3-8 working days
• Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom: 5-14 working days

Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may apply if you are ordering from outside Canada. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery method once your order has been placed.

GY3 ships to the following countries:

Canada, USA, India, Europe, Asia, Africa, we ship globally

As a customer you have a 7 day period, starting from when you receive your order, in which you can start the return process.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with hangtag.

If you selected an exchange we will only be able to exchange to the same model in a different size or color and will not be able to exchange to something else. Once we receive and process the exchange customers are not responsible for any new shipping/duty cost for the exchange items that we will be shipping out.

Please make sure that the item(s) to be returned or exchanged are unwashed, unworn with original tags, and free of any blemishes or it will be rejected, not processed, and donated due to it being in unsellable condition.

• Returns will be processed between 2-7 business days from delivery date
• We do NOT refund original shipping charges when your order was first placed
• You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed

A money back refund will be transferred by the same method of payment that was used for the purchase. We will hold back the payment until we have received the item.

Customers outside of the Canada are responsible for paying all duties/taxes and return shipping fees to our facility. We have no control over customs fees and they vary from country to country.
